Because each piece is custom-fit and welded, we do not offer refunds once a piece has been made. The time, materials, and customization involved makes each item unique and therefore non-returnable.
Permanent jewelry is dainty and durable, but not indestructible. The longevity of the jewelry is directly related to care and lifestyle. If caught or snagged, chains will stretch and potentially break. We do not offer replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost or stretched jewelry.
We are happy to re-weld a bracelet originally purchased from ever archer for free if the original chain is provided and in its original condition (meaning not too short, links lost, etc.). We do offer re-weld services for jewelry purchased from other vendors for a small fee.
